Reema Jain, Unilever Chief Information Officer
Unilever has elevated Reema Jain to Chief Information Officer (CIO), advancing the company’s technology-driven transformation.
“Thrilled to step into the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Unilever! This is a powerful moment to accelerate how AI and technology will shape and power our business. I am a true believer that technology can be a powerful force for transformation, for people, for teams, for the way we work and create impact at scale,” Jain said in a LinkedIn post.
Jain brings over 20 years of experience in IT and digital transformation. She led Unilever’s Global Capability Center in India and oversaw enterprise architecture and technology foundation globally as Vice President of Digital Technology, helping align technology strategy with business priorities. Prior to returning to Unilever, she transformed Hero MotoCorp as Chief Information & Digital Officer, building a digital team from the ground up and driving initiatives across R&D, supply chain, marketing, and customer engagement. She also steered Vodafone Idea Limited’s digital strategy as Chief Digital Officer, helping the company transition from a traditional telecom operator into a more technology-driven organization.
A recognized leader in sustainability and diversity & inclusion, Jain has served on the boards of Hero MotoCorp Magneti Marelli Auto Limited and as Board Observer at Ather Energy, and has been named a Top Tech Women Leader by Forbes India and an IDG Top 100 Global CIO.
