Nguyen is recognized for her ability to partner closely with the C-suite and senior leaders to translate enterprise strategy into high-impact data, analytics, and AI programs. Her leadership focuses on balancing innovation, risk, and value realization across core business and corporate functions, ensuring that all AI products meet enterprise standards for responsible AI and risk controls. Prior to her current role at Prudential, she held leadership positions at Philips, Forrester Research, and The Nielsen Company.
