Pfizer has promoted Dennis Hancock to Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, capping a 31-year career with the pharmaceutical giant. Hancock, who previously served as SVP of Digital Enterprise Products and AI Fluency, created the award-winning Health Answers by Pfizer generative AI platform. In his expanded role, he will direct enterprise-wide technology and AI strategies spanning drug discovery, clinical development, and global manufacturing.

GE HealthCare has appointed J.D. Williams, Ph.D., as Senior Vice President, Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Williams joins the medical technology leader from Zoetis, where he served as VP and Chief Data and Analytics Officer. With an extensive background that includes analytics leadership roles at Eli Lilly and JPMorgan Chase, Williams will focus on unlocking the power of data and AI to accelerate global medical innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has appointed Victoria Ledda as Group Chief Information Officer, joining the Executive Leadership Team. Ledda, who has held top technology roles across CBA’s retail and institutional divisions since 2021, previously spent 15 years as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs leading digital platform transformations and cloud adoption. She will now steer the technology strategy and system delivery across all of CBA’s global business units.

Proptech platform Opendoor has named founder-engineer Vu Tran as Chief AI Officer to revolutionize the digital residential real estate experience. Tran joins the company from Meta Superintelligence Labs, having previously led Snap Maps at Snap Inc. and served as CEO of Boba.Video. His mandate is to embed advanced AI capabilities directly into the homebuying and home-selling ecosystem to streamline transactions for consumers.

Construction technology firm ConstructionClock App has promoted Christopher Lee Friesen to Chief AI & Data Officer. Friesen, who holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and previously co-founded Axem Neurotechnology, has advanced through multiple executive positions at the company since 2025, most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer. He will now lead the data strategy behind the company’s automated job site time-tracking systems.
