Marriott Vacations Worldwide has appointed Zac Cadi as Vice President, Global Technology & AI. Cadi joins from Hertz, where he served as Head of AI Enablement and established enterprise AI governance frameworks. In his new role, he will help execute the leadership team’s digital-first vision, focusing on scaling practical AI applications to elevate experiences for owners, guests, and associates.

Fintech platform iCapital has appointed Dennis Peters as Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics. Peters brings a deep background in asset management data infrastructure, having previously served as Managing Director and Head of Data & Analytics at PGIM, as well as founding Data Value Systems. At iCapital, he will lead the team delivering business insights and predictive tools across the firm’s alternative investments and investor relations operations.

Paramount has named Barak Turovsky as Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer AI. Turovsky, a prominent AI leader who previously served as Chief AI Officer at General Motors and VP of AI at Cisco, also spent over a decade at Google leading Languages AI. At Paramount, he will oversee AI-powered personalization, platform intelligence, and content discovery across the streaming ecosystem, including Paramount+ and Pluto TV.

Construction and building services company EllisDon has promoted Ezequiel Machabanski to Senior Vice President, AI & Digital Solutions. Machabanski, who joined the firm in 2023 as VP of Insights & Analytics, will now take on an expanded mandate bridging AI, data, software engineering, and platform operations to deliver practical, scalable digital solutions for the organization and the broader construction industry.

Vanguard has welcomed Mani Iyer as Chief AI and Technology Officer to lead the convergence of engineering and artificial intelligence across the enterprise. Iyer transitions from PayPal, where he was Senior Vice President and Global Head of Infrastructure, Data and AI Technology. His 20-year career also includes technology leadership stints at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase, positioning him to embed intelligence directly into Vanguard’s core investment platforms and workflows.
