ProofID: Neil Evans, Chief AI Officer

ProofID has appointed Neil Evans as its first Chief AI Officer to lead the company’s AI strategy and expand its AI-powered identity services. Evans brings over 30 years of technology leadership experience, having most recently served as Cloud & Mobile Engineering Leader at Music Tribe’s Midas Division and previously as CTO (EMEA) at UNICOM Global. In the newly created role, he will drive the adoption of an AI-native mindset, develop AI-powered service offerings, and advance the firm’s Agentic AI Enablement advisory practice.

NatWest: Triona O’Keeffe, Chief Data and Analytics Officer

NatWest Group has named Triona O’Keeffe Chief Data and Analytics Officer, effective January 2027. She joins the bank from London Stock Exchange Group, where she served as CIO for Data & Analytics, following prior leadership roles at Direct Line Group and Deutsche Bank. In this expanded role reporting to Group CIO Scott Marcar, O’Keeffe will lead an integrated data, AI, and bank-wide engineering function to accelerate personalized product delivery and scale customer relationships.

Bain & Company: Raghu Valluri, Executive Vice President, Data & Technology

Bain & Company has appointed Raghu Valluri Executive Vice President, Data & Technology. Valluri joins the firm following more than five years at Capital One, where he served as Vice President, Data/Analytics/ML/AI, alongside previous engineering leadership roles at Nike. In his new position, he will focus on building and shaping the data and AI foundation that powers Bain’s enterprise client work.

Capital One: Abhishek Ghosh, Vice President of Software Engineering – External Data

Capital One has promoted Abhishek Ghosh to Vice President of Software Engineering – External Data. Ghosh has spent nearly 15 years with Capital One, most recently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering – Head of Data Observability. In his elevated role, he will lead the external data function to manage data sharing strategies, accelerate data flow, and support credit objectives and vendor integrations.

Travel + Leisure Co.: Teddy Benson, Vice President of Data Services

Travel + Leisure Co. has appointed Teddy Benson Vice President of Data Services. Benson brings over three decades of technology and cloud modernization experience, having held director roles at Universal Destinations & Experiences, BlueCat, Walt Disney World, and Google. He will lead enterprise technology and data platform strategy to drive governed AI/ML adoption and data architecture modernization across the business.
