The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has named Supriya Ahuja as Acting Deputy Chief Information Security Officer. Ahuja, who previously served as the department’s Director of Cybersecurity Risk Operations, brings nearly two decades of experience across public and private sectors, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and ATI. She will lead cybersecurity risk compliance and vulnerability management frameworks to fortify the department’s security architecture.

MassMutual has appointed Stephen Dantu as Head of Data to steer its data, analytics, and AI innovation strategy. Dantu brings over 20 years of fintech experience, joining from TIAA where he served as Managing Director of Data, AI, and GenAI Platforms and Engineering. In his new role, he will focus on accelerating data architecture modernization to deliver data-driven business impact for policyholders and communities.

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) has welcomed Prasad Uddaraju as its first dedicated Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Officer. Uddaraju joins the banking major from JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Managing Director of Data & Analytics, following a senior role as CDO of First Republic Bank. At MUFG, he will lead the modernization of cloud-based platforms and advance unified data and AI governance to support enterprise innovation and resilience.

Financial technology and asset management group SEI has appointed William Coffey as Chief Data Officer. Reporting to the CTO, Coffey will lead SEI’s enterprise data strategy and spearhead the development of a unified data and AI framework. Bringing deep risk and architecture background from AKUVO, WSFS Bank, and Vanguard, he will focus on activating data assets while maintaining stringent security and governance baselines.

TransUnion has named Avishek Ghosh as Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) for the Asia Pacific region. Ghosh brings more than 17 years of international banking experience, joining from HSBC where he led the unsecured lending portfolio across multiple Asian markets. Based in Hong Kong, he will unify regional data science, strategy, and asset management capabilities to optimize predictive modeling and insight generation.
