Marriott International: Daniel Dubowski, Global Chief Information Security Officer

Marriott International has appointed Daniel Dubowski Global Chief Information Security Officer. Dubowski brings extensive security leadership experience across travel and hospitality, having previously served as CISO at Hertz and Director of Global IT Security at InterContinental Hotels Group. In his new role, he will oversee Marriott’s information security program and work across the organization to mature its security capabilities.

Allied Universal: Jordan Avnaim, Global Chief Information Security Officer

Allied Universal has appointed Jordan Avnaim as Global Chief Information Security Officer. Avnaim joins the company from Hyundai AutoEver America, where he served as CISO, following prior information security and risk leadership roles at Entrust and Capital Group. He will focus on strengthening Allied Universal’s cyber resilience and protecting its critical assets across more than 100 countries and territories.

Saint-Gobain: Annica Hagen, Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer

Saint-Gobain has promoted Annica Hagen to Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) and member of the Group Executive Committee, effective September 1, 2026. Hagen joined Saint-Gobain in 2023, previously holding leadership roles in Building Distribution across Sweden and the Nordic and Baltic regions. In this newly created role, she will lead the Group’s AI ambitions by structuring, prioritizing, and scaling local AI initiatives into enterprise value.

City of Boston: Shin-Pei Tsay, Chief Information Officer

The City of Boston has named Shin-Pei Tsay Chief Information Officer for the Department of Innovation and Technology. Tsay previously served as Boston’s Chief Research & Data Officer, where she launched the city’s first citywide data strategy, and held senior roles at Uber and the Gehl Institute. She will oversee the city’s technology organization and digital infrastructure, succeeding Santi Garces.

FINRA: Dalia Powers, CTO and EVP of Engineering

FINRA has named Dalia Powers Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering. Powers joins FINRA from Humana, where she served as Senior Vice President and CIO of Growth and Digital, following prior technology leadership roles at CBRE, USAA, and Capital One. In her new position, she will lead engineering and technology efforts to architect cloud-native solutions, scale data platforms, and integrate AI to support FINRA’s mission of protecting investors.
