AI transformation advisory, The AI Lab has appointed Gulé Sheikh as its new Chief AI Officer for Healthcare. The news was shared by Sheikh in a recent LinkedIn post. She will lead healthcare-focused AI initiatives, advising clients on transformation, governance, and adoption while promoting responsible and ethical AI practices.

Prior to joining The AI Lab, Sheikh served as Chief AI Officer at zettanode.ai, where she led AI and data transformation efforts, developed governance frameworks, and delivered solutions across clinical and enterprise settings. She also supported digital health and MedTech companies in scaling products and accelerating go-to-market strategies.

Sheikh is an instructor at ELVTR, where she teaches courses on AI leadership, and serves as an advisor with Trade Commissioner Service, assisting Canadian companies expanding into the U.S. markets.

Previously, she spent over five years at Salesforce, advising life sciences organizations on AI, data strategy, and go-to-market execution, while managing a $200 million portfolio. Earlier in her career, she co-founded eazyScripts Technology LLC and held leadership roles at TD Bank, CIBC, and Hewlett-Packard.
