Zachary Bambach, Publicis Groupe Middle East Chief AI Officer
Publicis Groupe Middle East has elevated Zachary Bambach to Chief AI Officer, a newly created role for the region. In this role, he will focus on embedding artificial intelligence at the core of the group’s growth, performance, and client delivery.
The appointment reflects the organization’s push to strengthen its AI capabilities across marketing and business operations, with Bambach bringing more than a decade of experience across AI, data, and marketing transformation within Epsilon and Publicis Groupe. He has worked closely with the group’s proprietary AI platform MRCL, connecting technology applications with business outcomes for clients across the region.

Bambach joins the role from Publicis Groupe, where he most recently served as Managing Director, Financial Services & Automotive AI. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Practice Lead at Epsilon, where he led client and practice leadership roles across AI and data-driven marketing solutions. He previously held multiple leadership positions at Epsilon in client services and practice development, and earlier worked in marketing and enterprise sales roles at ReviewTrackers, J&L Marketing, and National Van Lines.
