McDonald’s Appoints Stefania Gvillo to Lead Global Insights & Analytics

Stefania Gvillo, McDonald’s Global Insights & Analytics Executive

McDonald’s has appointed Stefania Gvillo to lead its Global Insights & Analytics team. Gvillo announced the move in a LinkedIn post, saying it was “energizing” to join the company and help steward “one of the most iconic global brands, serving 70 million customers every day.”

Before joining McDonald’s, Gvillo served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Analytics and Insights Officer at Domino’s, where she led the company’s global analytics and insights organization. 

During her tenure, she helped shape Domino’s “Hungry for MORE” strategy and was recognized among DataIQ’s “100 Most Influential People in Data” in 2024 and 2025, as well as CDO Magazine’s Global Data Power Women.

Earlier in her career, Gvillo held leadership roles at Mondelēz International and PepsiCo, overseeing global strategic insights, analytics, and consumer insights functions across major consumer brands.

Reflecting on the transition, Gvillo shared, “I’m Looking forward to partnering with the incredible McDonald’s team, diving in, and unlocking the next chapter of growth together.”
