Marriott Vacations Worldwide Names Zac Cadi VP, Global Technology & AI

Marriott Vacations Worldwide has appointed Zac Cadi as Vice President, Global Technology & AI. In a LinkedIn post announcing the move, Cadi said the opportunity stood out because of the leadership team’s “clear and compelling vision to position an already great organization as truly digital-first, grounded in innovation and committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our owners, guests, and associates.”

Before joining Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Cadi served as Head of AI Enablement at Hertz, where he led enterprise AI initiatives focused on accelerating AI adoption across operations, customer experience, and back-office functions. His responsibilities included driving AI governance frameworks and responsible implementation practices, while partnering with technology providers including AWS, OpenAI, Palantir, and Microsoft Copilot.

His earlier experience includes leadership roles at United Airlines and Union Pacific Railroad, spanning operations strategy, analytics, innovation, and technology transformation.

Reflecting on the move, Cadi shared, “I’m excited to be part of that journey and to help shape what comes next.”
