HCEsquared has named Andrew Douglas as Chief Technology, Digital and Data Officer, where he will focus on advancing technology, digital, and data initiatives to support healthcare professionals. His work includes enhancing learning, connection, and interaction to help improve patient outcomes.

I look forward to partnering with Knox Lane to provide new experiences for our healthcare professionals (HCPs) and enhance their learning, connection, and interaction for improved patient outcomes,” Douglas shared in a LinkedIn post.

Douglas joins HCEsquared from GoodRx, where he most recently served as SVP of Data. Prior to that, he was Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Forian Inc., and Vice President of Data and Analytics Platform and Data Science at Elsevier, where he led the development of data platforms and analytics capabilities.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at IBM, where he was Vice President of Data Platforms and Data Strategy, and at WebMD, where he served as Group Vice President of Data Science. He has also held roles at GfK and Unilever, focusing on data science, analytics, and research.
