J.D. Williams, Ph.D., GE HealthCare SVP, Chief Data & Analytics Officer
GE HealthCare, a global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions company, has appointed J.D. Williams, Ph.D., as Senior Vice President, Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Williams joins GE HealthCare from Zoetis, where he most recently served as Vice President, Chief Data and Analytics Officer. During his more than five years with the company, he also served as Head of Business Insights and Analytics.
Prior to Zoetis, Williams held analytics leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior Director, Advanced Analytics – Commercial and Director, Business Analytics. Earlier in his career, he served as Business Analytics Group Leader at Dow AgroSciences, held senior analytics management roles at JPMorgan Chase, and worked as Statistical Leader at GE Research.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education and a master’s degree in statistics from Brigham Young University, as well as a Ph.D. in statistics from Virginia Tech.
