Faysal Bank Limited has named Hamza Ehsan Dogar as Vice President, Head of Retail Growth, Data Insights & Strategic Initiatives. Dogar shared the career move in a LinkedIn post announcing his new role.

Dogar leads growth, data insights, and strategic initiatives within the bank’s Retail Banking division. His responsibilities include advancing business performance, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and data-driven decision-making, while driving cross-functional execution to support sustainable business growth.

Prior to joining Faysal Bank Limited, Dogar served as Unit Head – Strategy & Growth, Retail Banking at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd., where he led strategy, growth planning, retail business initiatives, performance analytics, and execution support for the bank’s Retail Banking franchise. 

Before that, he was Business Intelligence Manager at the organization, leading business intelligence and performance reporting initiatives to support performance management and sales productivity.
