Subha is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong track record of excellence in organizations that operate at the nexus of science, technology, and business. She is currently the Head of AI/ML & Digital Health Analytics at Pfizer R&D, where she leads a team focused on advancing insights & innovation through the application of data science and digital technologies from clinical development through post-launch, regulatory, and safety. Prior to joining Pfizer, she initiated and successfully directed several productive public health-related research and development programs at the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, MedStar hospital network, FDA, NIH, and the biopharma industry, including at AstraZeneca and Sanofi. She was co-leader of the FDA’s Center for Excellence in Regulatory Science and worked with the Clinical Pharmacology teams in CDER and Vaccine safety teams in CBER to enhance evidence for the safety and efficacy of products. She was an advisory member of the Biden Foundation’s Cancer Moonshot Program and helped develop policies and guidelines for pre-competitive data sharing initiatives across Pharma, Health Tech companies, and research organizations to drive innovation. She has been recognized for her work through several awards, including the Service to America award in the Science and Environment category (2005), the Research Acceleration Award by AACR and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (2015), the Women in Tech Global award (2021), and the Global Data Power Award (2026).
