Coty Inc. has announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI to broaden the use of advanced artificial intelligence tools across selected parts of its global organization.
As part of the first phase, targeted Coty teams will gain access to ChatGPT Enterprise, enabling employees to use OpenAI’s most capable models within an enterprise-grade environment designed for security and privacy. The rollout is structured to scale over time, allowing Coty to expand adoption as business needs evolve.
The initiative reflects Coty’s emphasis on responsible innovation, with clear governance and guardrails in place. The company said human expertise will remain central to its operations, positioning AI as a tool to enhance efficiency while supporting creativity and strategic decision-making across its brand portfolio.
“This collaboration enables Coty teams to securely use OpenAI’s leading, enterprise-grade AI capabilities in line with Coty’s expectations for privacy, quality, and performance. It helps our teams work more efficiently and focus on higher-value contributions,” said Jerome Auvinet, Coty’s chief information, digital innovation, and business services officer.
The partnership builds on Coty’s broader internal push to integrate AI into everyday work, supported by a global upskilling program aimed at strengthening employee confidence and fluency with the technology. Through live training, hands-on workshops, and leadership engagement, Coty is working to embed AI into workflows in a way that supports responsible use and long-term workforce readiness.
Company leaders said the effort is designed to sharpen execution, reinforce talent development, and ensure Coty remains prepared for a future in which AI plays an increasingly important role in business operations.
